Thailand 2017
3 februari 2017 - Kanchanaburi, Thailand
OK, yesterday I was really tired, therefore I made some mistakes in my text, mainly due to my tablet who is making words I never typed.
Anyhow, I will correct them after I have finished today's story.
This morning we woke up fairly fresh after a good night sleep, even after waking up a few times.
We had a great breakfast in the Hotel en went to the Thombury station to take our train to Kanchanaburi.
We spend 2 hours at the station, which was OK, Maggy becâme best friends with a lady selling popcorn and as it seemed also some kind of pills .
I checked the neighbourhood of the station, to get some food, fruits, drinks and took some pictures which you can see in the Foto section of this blog.
Once in the train, we passed house that were so near to the track that I could have taken a pan from the stove without leaving the train. Maggy was trying to through away a bad peace of chicken, but it landed in the people's living room, which was of course absolutely a disgrace, but we still had a good laugh about it.
After 3 hours we arrived at our destination and admired the view on the Kwai river and enjoyed our first dive in a pool in Thailand, the weather is a bit cloudy but still 32 degree.
Tomorrow a full day of excursions is planned. So come back in the evening for more stories and photos.
